Terms & Conditions for Harrison Holidays "Win a Free Static Caravan for 12 Months"

1. 1. Prize Details:
    
    • The prize is a Willerby Brookwood 40 x 12ft 3 bed 2023 model (Brown Aluminum Exterior Cladding Including Graphite PVCu, Roof and Black Gutters, Central Heating) or an alternative model of similar value, chosen by Harrison Holidays.
    • 2025 Site Fees will be included in the prize.
    • A 12ft x 6ft front decking and skirt will be supplied and fitted.
  2. Entry Information:
    
    • The closing date for entries is Friday 1st December 2024 at midnight.
    • The winner will be selected in December 2024 and announced online.
    • The lucky winner will be notified via phone and/or email.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
    • Only one entry per email address is allowed.
  3. Winner’s Responsibilities:
    
    • The winner must participate in post-promotion publicity as required.
  4. Site Information:
    
    • The holiday home will be sited at one of our 4 participating Harrison Holidays Parks, chosen by the winner. Harrison Holidays will allocate the pitch.
    • Facilities and season lengths vary by park.
  5. Additional Costs:
    
    • The winner is responsible for paying only the gas and electricity costs for the entire year. All other costs and fees are included.
  6. Promotion Information:
    
    • This competition is part of the Harrison Holidays “Win a Holiday Home Promotion”.
  7. End of the 12-Month Period:
    • Return of the Holiday Home: At the end of the 12-month period, the winner is required to return the holiday home to Harrison Holidays in the same condition as when it was first sited, minus any fair wear and tear.
    • Damages: The holiday home will undergo an inspection for any damages. If the inspection reveals any damages beyond normal wear and tear, the winner will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs, unless the insurance company accepts it as a valid claim.
  8. Option to Purchase
    • Buying the Holiday Home: The winner will have the opportunity to purchase the holiday home at the end of the 12-month period at a special discounted rate offered by Harrison Holidays. Details of the purchase price and terms will be provided towards the end of the prize period.
