Is the guide actually free?
Yes. It's a PDF, emailed to you as soon as you submit the form. There's no charge and no obligation to visit or buy.
Can I live at Percy Wood full time?
No. Percy Wood is a holiday park, so holiday homes are for holiday use only and can't be used as a permanent or sole residence. The owner season runs 11 months of the year. The guide covers what that means in practice.
Will I be chased with sales calls?
One of the Percy Wood ownership team will call once to check you received the guide and answer anything it raised. If you'd rather we didn't, tell them and that's the end of it — or leave the marketing box unticked.
What do site fees at Percy Wood cost?
