Spring is about to burst into life and here at Harrison Holidays we have been busy consulting with the Easter Bunny to come up with a whole basketful of ideas to make your Easter at one of our beautiful holiday parks truly memorable.
And it’s not just the little ones that are being treated this year, as we launch our family friendly Kids eat Free offer across all our family holiday parks. Wherever you see the Kids eat Free symbol, children dining with an adult can pick something from the dedicated child-friendly menu free of charge.

As the gardens and grounds at our premier parks fill with the colours of spring and the days continue to get longer, it’s the perfect time to enjoy a getaway. And when you visit a Harrison Holidays Park you will find yourselves in a location with the natural beauty of spring on your doorstep, such as the Eden Valley views that surround Wild Rose in Cumbria or the sweeping beaches of the Southport coastline that holidaymakers choosing Riverside can enjoy. Riverside Holiday Park, Southport
The fun planned at Riverside Holiday Park will take you through the whole Easter weekend and will include discos, bingo, live music and even wrestling! The excitement kicks off disco style with DJ Steve and live music from Lee Norwood on the evening of Friday 7 April then takes you Back to the 80s on Saturday 8 April when dress-up and glow sticks are the order of the day followed by live music from Dance INC
Taking centre stage on Easter Sunday (12noon to 1pm) is an Easter Egg Hunt. Everyone is invited to take part, with great entertainment and of course lots of delicious Easter Eggs to win! We promise to keep spirits high with Riverside Wrestling for all the family to watch in the afternoon and then it’s time to take to the dancefloor with DJ Steve and live music from Mr Tony Millward in the evening.
Making memories right until the end, the weekend will wrap up with music, bingo and a performance from top sax player and vocalist, Phil Alexander on Monday 10 April.

Wild Rose Holiday Park, Cumbria
All the stops are being pulled out at Wild Rose so that you can celebrate Easter at one of the finest UK family holiday parks in style!
Live music is on the menu from Thursday 6 April and it won’t be too long to wait until it’s time for Easter Eggs, with clues to follow and eggs to claim from 12noon on Friday 7 April, which also signals the start of an afternoon of music, fun and games. A special Fish Friday Menu has been organised for those who want to follow the Good Friday tradition, before an evening when you’ll be wowed by the talents of fabulous James Reid.
Topping the bill on Saturday 8 April are local band The Thieving Magpies, who will be creating the soundtrack as guests enjoy afternoon tea, with a special mini version created for our younger guests! A traditional Sunday lunch is planned for Easter Sunday, followed by a disco, karaoke, comedy and games and, as if by magic, some close-up magic tricks will be under the spotlight in the evening.
The Easter Weekend might be drawing to a close, but there is more to come! Family entertainment on Easter Monday, a Wild Rose Gameshow / Quiz Night on Wednesday 12 April, acoustic artist Nathan Richardson on Friday on 14 April. Then it’s starters orders for a day at the races, with the Grand National showing live in the Bar and Restaurant, followed by our very own race night on Saturday 15 April when your finest glad rags and fascinators will be just the ticket!

Percy Wood Holiday Park, Northumberland
A sizzling BBQ on the show ground on Friday 7 April will get things off to a roaring start at Percy Wood, with burgers and sausages on the menu and the chance to toast the Easter Weekend ahead. Then it’s time for the moment that everyone’s been waiting for, an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 8 April, with a call out for everyone to come wearing their Easter Bonnets for a parade and competition. Easter Sunday is all about relaxing with a BBQ to take care of the food and live music to keep everyone entertained.

White Rose Holiday Park, Thirsk
On Saturday 8 April (12noon to 5pm) we invite you to join us for an Easter Egg Hunt at White Rose, with clues hidden around the park and a delicious Easter egg waiting to be claimed at the end! We’ll also be following the lovely tradition of holding an Easter Bonnet making competition, with lots of prizes for those who can showcase their colourful creativity.
There will be refreshments available throughout the afternoon, including fish and chips.

Abbey Farm Holiday Park, Ormskirk
On Saturday 8 April the fun literally kicks off at Abbey Farm with an outdoor football match. This is part of an afternoon that’s all about picnics, enjoying the outdoors with family and friends and of course an Easter Egg Hunt. For the little ones there will also be a bouncy castle and slide to keep them entertained and in the evening it’s your turn to entertain with Karaoke!
Royal Umpire Holiday Park, Preston
On Saturday 8 April there are plans for an exciting Easter Event at Highfield Pub, which is located by right by the entrance of Royal Umpire. Starting from 4:30pm and including buffet food, a DJ, live singer and entertainment this is an occasion not to be missed. Tickets are bookable at just £5 and can be purchased by visiting the office or by calling the friendly team on 01772 600257.
Then on Easter Sunday there will be an Easter Egg Hunt from 12noon, which the holiday park offers the ideal surroundings for. If the thought of hunting down chocolate eggs builds up an appetite then food truck Elevens will be on hand serving breakfast barmcakes until 1pm.

Rawcliffe Hall, Blackpool
At Rawcliffe Hall the team are pulling out all the stops to delight the holiday home owners with their Easter Sunday plans. What could be more fun than a classic egg and spoon race, Easter sack race, 3-legged race and all topped off with an Easter Egg Hunt! The Easter Activity Day runs from 3pm to 5pm and then entertainment continues with an early evening Kids Easter Disco. As well as spotting the best disco moves the judges will be on the look-out for the best Easter Bonnet with prizes to be won! The evening is capped off with a live singer performing until late.
